Return & Exchange Policy​

 

At Rizosmil, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If, however, you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at rizosmilco@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

 

For exchanges, we only offer replacements if there is a defect or issue with the product you received. Please reach out to our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order to discuss the problem and arrange for an exchange.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of damage or defects.
